1. Log in to your ActionPlanner account (e.g. https://solo.actionplanner.com if you are using a SOLO account)
2. Hover your mouse on your profile picture in the upper right corner;

   

3. Click “Settings” and select “Compressed email settings”

   

4. Select the option “NONE” and click SAVE;

   

The compressed emails are now turned off. Note that the system will no longer remind you on email if any activity is coming up/is due in the system.

With ActionPlanner, keeping track of all the things you should have done is no longer in the future but present.

The outstanding items will be shown as a number in the outstanding box in the top right part of the screen. If you hover the “Outstandings” button, you will see a full list of the outstanding items.

When you are compliant with everything that you have promised, you will be free of “Outstandings” and get a big green check mark.

The compressed email groups your relevant information by level of importance:

• Outstandings
• Need to know
• Important to know

The compressed email will also show you how many outstandings you have.

As default, a Compressed email is sent out to all Users with the relevant notifications from ActionPlanner every morning during the week (Mon-Fri). The e-mail includes both nice to know (green border), important to know (yellow border) and critical to know (red border) items e.g. Outstandings – related to the individual user.

How to change the frequency

Change the frequency of your compressed emails by:

1. Hover your cursor over the profile picture in the upper right hand corner;
2. Click the menu: “Settings”;
3. Select “Compressed email settings”;
4. Switch your frequency from “Daily” to “Weekly” and finalize by clicking the SAVE button.
