The only way is to call ActionPlanner's Support desk and explain the situation.
Change the Roadmap terminology in my 'Personal settings'.
Correct the mistake in the section "Roadmap Terminology" where I edit the Roadmap in System Setup.

An initiative is colored black, what does it mean?
Reporting is lacking behind.
No reporting yet (nor is it required).
The initiative is completed and has been archived.

How do I change the immediate manager of a user?
Edit the new manager of the user and align the User as an employee to him/her.
Go to ”Organizational Overview” and use the drag-and-drop functionality to align the user to his/her new manager
Edit the user, unfold the ”Immediate manager” dropdown and choose the user’s new manager.

I need to change the name of the roadmap, what do I do?
Only admin users can edit roadmap names, so I ask my admin user to change it.
I go to System Setup and sub menu ”Roadmaps”, click the Roadmap and edit the Roadmap name.
